  La cordialità del personale e della titolare in particolare la pulizia mi ha ben impressionato e la posizione dell'albergo che dista pochi km dalla Fiera e dal centro di Francoforte.

  Si tratta di una struttura nuova e moderna. Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone e la camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto ampia e confortevole. Da apprezzare la cordialità di tutto lo staff dell'hotel. Ottima la pulizia e la qualità della colazione.

  L'unico aspetto negativo è la distanza dal centro città. Tuttavia l'hotel dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dove è possibile trovare I treni che in poco tempo conducono al centro.

  Lo staff davvero disponibile e competente, la pulizia dell'hotel e della camera, la possibilita' di parcheggio gratuito,l'albergo di recente costruzione dispone di un piccolo centro benessere dotato di sauna.

  Breakfast at the hotel was and a good value for money with 7 EUR.

  Poor wireless internet connectivity in room. There was no room service provided and no phone in the room.

  Friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel is pretty new which reflected on the fittings. Parking convenient and right outside the lobby. Hotel was almost empty as it was the first week of Jan. But they were more than happy to heat up the Sauna just for my use. Breakfast was good and exceeded expectations - we even got some eggs made to order. All in all a nice little hotel less than 5 minutes from motorway.

  Restaurant in the hotel was closed due to holiday period. The nearest restaurant was 5 minutes drive away. Bed was made by joining two smaller mattresses

  The hotel is clean

  We made a reservation for quadruple room because we have small children. We arrived there, the staff said no quadruple room because many people wanted bigger room. It was so disappointing because they offered 2 double room. So my husband has to stay at the other room with my oldest one. It was new year eve so we wanted to be together to celebrate as family.

  Hotel Rödelheimer Hof is new and clean hotel located in a quiet area the hotel management and staff are dedicated in their good services for guests, and there is enough space for free parking. I,am look forward to return to this hotel with my family in my future visits to Frankfurt.

  Very nice Hotel, free parking for guests, all rooms are new, quiet and clear, friendly staff. In rooms: LCD TV, phone, air-conditioner, shave equipment, fan, toothpaste brash and etc. We have a lot business trip over Germany, and stay a lot in different hotels, so Rodelheimer Hof -Am Wasserturm is the one which i can recommend. IMPORTANT: there are two hotels with the same name of "Rödelheimer Hof " in Frankfurt , be sure that you ordered the "Am Wasserturm"! (Rödelheimer Hof - Am Wasserturm) Good luck, have a nice trip.

  a little bit far from the bus/train station (about ~ 800m). but if you with car or have time for a walk - is OK and nice. because there are no traffic near hotel and very good exit to autobahn.

  Very good infrastructure and hotel quality both in terms of room sizes, comfort as also the restaurant.

  The location is far away from downtown, in the middle of nowhere. They have a shuttle service to the closest S-Bahn station, that takes 10 minutes to arrive. In your return you have to call the hotel for someone to pick you up at the station.

  I had already stayed in this hotel in July with my wife and daughter during our holidays. If you are driving and has a gps, you will have no problem at all. In 15 minutes drive you can reach the center of Frankfurt or the airport. It is a calm neighbourhood, the hotel is good and clean, the rooms are nice, however you will depend on the car to go out, and there is nothing nearby (shops, restaurants, etc.), but free parking and free good Internet, good breakfast, friendly staff, ... Whether on business or with family, if you have a car that's a great option. Will stay there whenever I return to Frankfurt, very quick access to Autobahn.

  I really can't find something bad to say about it. It is not a 5 stars, but quite good for a short stay. But let's look for something... Ok: in the bathroom there is a plastic curtain to close the shower area. If it is not killing you, then that's it...

  Even thought its location is in the outskirt of Frankfurt, the hotel is clean and fairly new. The service staff are friendly. It comes with free internet (wireless). I have my two kids and the room are pretty big. Outstanding hotel if you have a vehicle to travel to the city.

  Excellent friendly staff. Went out of their way to be helpful. Excellent bistro food and breakfast. Large clean quadruple room with air con and large tv.

  No phone in room and hotel located a bit away from the city centre.

  Friendly greeting upon arrival. Wonderful, new, very, very, very clean! Nice furniture, nice design, nice decorations. Free parking, free internet. Great sauna. Breakfast better than most 5 star hotels! (Very high quality food served and very nice presentation).

  My husband, 2 daughters (6 & 11)and I were traveling in Germany for the 2011 Women's World Cup (first round). We choose this hotel because it had easy access from the Frankfurt airport and was a reasonable price compared to others. The hotel was built in 2010 and therefore in great condition. The rooms were clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the food was good. We stayed in a family suite which had a double bed, a full bed, and a twin bed. The staff were very kind to my children (who I did not let run freely about the hotel). We liked the staff & facilities so much, we reserve a room for our last night in Germany when we were flying out of Germany.
