  Buon rapporto qualita' prezzo. Il wifi funzionava molto bene ed era gratuito.

  Niente di particolare; la posizione non e' il massimo ma e' facile parcheggiare.

  Velocità nel check-in, disponibilità dello staff a rispondere a domande,ascensore,parcheggio gratuito.

  Camere eccessivamente piccole (non sapevamo dove riporre 2 valige medie), se si apriva la finestra non si saliva sul letto. Un solo asciugamano in bagno per tutto (viso, corpo,ecc..)

  Hotel di passaggio, molto spartano, in posizione strategica, in zona ottimamente servita da bar, ristoranti, supermercati. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

  Nice low budget hotel, as we arrived before 5pm it would have been good to have a way of being able to access our room and not have to seat outside until the receptionist arrived.

  The receptionist could not speak a word of english...unbelievable!! Not even the most basic and common things...and there was a sign that said "english spoken"....a complete lay.

  Car parking facillities.

  No hot beverage facillities. Poorest breakfast for the money we have ever experienced. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There are no good points about it, other than its position. Nothing to sit on apart from one small stool.

  Have stayed here before simple clean motel in a good position staff very friendly very good resturants and bars within 3 minutes walk some closed on sundays 10 minutes drive to Bayonne very old and nice town and 20 minutes to the beaches best resturant le taverne next door to the hotel

  not a complaint but no air con in room would be very hot in the summer months

  The staff where not very helpful and messed up our booking with my brother in laws and landed up moving all our personal belongings to another room while we were out.

  Was very happy with the Hotel, staff were polite and friendly, my only complaint is that there was not and tea/coffee making facilities in the room and as we had just had a long drive up from the south of Spain it would have been nice to make a cup of tea, we had to go out to get this as there was not anywhere in the hotel to get this.

  Nice clean room. Bed was rather comfortable for a hotel, had far worse. Lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. They allow pets and charge nothing extra for them. Not only small dogs, I had a boxer with me. Not to far from the freeway, 5 to 10 minutes

  They have free wifi but the signal is so weak I could not use it. I picked up more signal from surrounding hotels etc instead of that from altica.

  Modern, clean and tidy in a surprisingly quiet corner of an otherwise busy area. English speaking reception - at least when I was there.

  Not the easiest place to find off the a63/e5 if you are just using it as an overnight stop - I was grateful my satnav delivered me almost to the door (the route seems more straightforward to/from the south than the north)

  Very friendly receptionist. Although the hotel is right in the centre of Anglet, we had a very quiet room. Adequate supply of towels, including a bath mat. Good mattress on bed. Breakfast ok. Free fairly secure parking with barrier.

  Decor - deep yellow walls. Very squeaky bathroom door. Winter weight duvet on bed during very hot weather at end of August - we just used the cover! Check-in after 5pm not very convenient.

  I found that staying here was pleasant and relaxing.The public areas were spacious and decorated in a manner which I found very pleasant. The facilities within walking distance are great. (ie., two large supermarkets. A smattering of chain restaurants and bars a plenty.

  You don't get air conditioning. The breakfast is no better than you would get at a budget hotel (eg., Etap) and in fact not as good as you would get at a B&B group hotel. The cost of the room is approx. 12-15 Euros more than a budget hotel but the breakfast costs about the same. I can't see the point in paying this extra for a room without air conditioning which is frankly no better than a budget hotel room with en-suite facilities. You are after all probably only going to sleep here.

  Exhellent Location, just onb the edge of town, easy to walk into the centre and the Old Town yet quiet!

  We arrived at 12.30pm our room wasn't available, we asked originally for a double beds, but got a twin roon instead!

  Clean and tidy hotel, in the centre of town so easy walking distance for food. Functional and the staff were polite and friendly. Free wifi worked well, and the car park was locked / closed at night.

  A lack of air conditioning may make this an uncomfortable stay in the heat of summer, even though a fan was provided.

  Receptionist was friendly and brakfast was good value

  The Automatic check in used between 11.30am and 5pm plus during the night has obvious problems in that it didnt work . 3 guests aited until 5pm for the doors to open . this system should be made more apparent when BOOKING..The price of 39 Euros through Booking.com is the same as their counter price ,this should also be made known to guests.
