  Abbiamo apprezzato solo la piscina.

  Camera sporca e maltenuta. L'ambiente sembrava persino umido. L'arredamento e' modesto e molto datato.

  The position of the hotel was handy to visit other towns around. It was quiet being away from the road. We used the clothes washing and drying facility in the hotel for €10. Parking was good in the hotel grounds. Generally had a good stay.

  Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had an evening meal which was quite good and the waitress was lovely. Location and surroundings were very nice.

  Took quite a long time to find it as it wasn't signposted very well. Don't think it is a 3 star , quite run down and shabby. Very basic 2 star ....

  The location to Biarritz centre and restaurants etc.

  Nothing really although the rooms are a little tired. As we travelled with a friend, I think the wrong rooms were allocated to us I.E. she had 2 sets of towels and we had to ask reception for another set. The hair dryer in my friend's room did not work and the patio doors could not be locked due to a broken lock. Minor things need to be addressed but overall a fair price considering the location of the hotel to Biarritz..

  Convenient location for 1 night stopover. Basic room but ok and comfortable bed. Good breakfast and the evening meal was fairly good.

  No soap in room. One set of towels for 2 people. We asked for soap and towels and also extra pillows which were given to us at reception. The a/c unit was not fixed up to produce heat, only cooling. The receptionist could not do anything about this. Apparently this will happen when it gets colder.

  Convenient to our needs near Biarritz & Bayonne & golf courses.Location found easily with GPS.

  The room was very basic, although clean.Decor looked tired. The bathroom was in need of refurbishment i.e. tiles missing from side of bath, rust marks from bath taps, shower support broken, as was hair dryer

  One Reception lady spoke excellent English, however, the second reception did not speak English at all.

  The website showed that the room was well furnished, however when we checked in the room was extremely basic, very tired looking and not worth the money for the one night stay. Swimming pool view was extremely limited by the large trees.

  Very friendly, helpful receptionists. The room was really clean and comfortable. Clean towels for all six of us. Lovely pool! Very quite - had arrived on the Sunday and we thought we were the only people in the hotel. Would definitely go again!

  The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was that as it was a Sunday the restaurant/bar was closed and we could not get a coffee or drink unless we left the hotel.

  The room had a pleasant balcony overlooikg the swimming pool. The accommodation (6 bed family room) allowed plenty of space for family use. Swimming pool area was good. Well located for a stop over on the main route into Northern Spain.

  Although reasonably clean well equipped, the hotel presents quite a tired appearance.

  Location was good and the breakfast waiter/bar man was a credit to the hotel.

  The cleanliness of the rooms was way below standard and not at all in line with the room rates. We were put into a room on the second floor with open stair wells as fire exits and thought this was unsafe as travelling with a toddler. The swimming pool was un clean and our towels had hairs on them. We wouldn't have minded so much if the photo's and rates hadn't been so misleading.

  Excellent Hotel and good value for money, would definately use again, very close to airport as well , which was excellent for our early morning flight!

  Great place to stay if you need to be near the airport , lovely staff and nice rooms overlooking a nice pool , nice area in anglet and nice hotel grounds with lots of mature trees

  cleaning room inexistent. 2 toilet papers in 8 days for 3 persons. showergel , shampoo 6 little bags for all period,no soap.towels are changing 1 time in 8 days

  Restaurant on site but closed. Bunk bed in the doorway by toilet in the walkway entrance. Reminded me of a council block from the 1960's with soiled baby nappies on landing.very tired decor. Check in give you your key and tv remote.Advert says swimming pool view but all rooms look out over the pool but speaks volumes for it's most desirable feature. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. I visit and stay at around 40 hotals a year this one is the worst by far lucky for them they charged before arrival as I would not have paid £145 euro for one nights stay! I would avoid this place at all cost!

  It could not be worse than in this hotel. We arrived and were shocked about the room. 200 Euro for a so-called apartment for 5-6 persons what in fact was a one and a half of a dirty and baldy furnished room. The kids "bed room" was at the corridor in a two level bed. The parents bed room was with a window on to the gallery and, thus, was better not be opened during the night, because everyone could just climb in without any difficulties, directly from the fire ladder nearby.

  Dirty, badly furnished and located far from anything around, if not the motor way, which is the only convenience nearby

  Good location set in suburban style leafy area but close to Biarritz.

  Hotel is perfectly clean and staff are friendly. Overall it's quite dated but good for a short stay in a french 'residence' style hotel/appartment.

  Large rooms and big pool area. Staff at reception were friendly, helpful and patient with our lack of understanding of French.

  The room decor was dated and like all Accommodation in Bayonne area at Fete de Bayonne time is way over priced for the facilities
