  L'aspetto è sublime, molto elegante. I servizi sono eccellenti, lo staff molto cortese e disponibile, pronto all'aiuto e capace. Ho fatto solo la colazione qua (si può anche pranzare e cenare) ed è eccellente in quantità e qualità. E tutto questo ad un prezzo davvero abbordabile. Il centro non è distante: cinque minuti a piedi. Penso di non essere mai stata così soddisfatta di un rapporto qualità/prezzo come questo.

  Come sempre (sono un ospite abituale) il personale alla Reception è cortese e disponibile ed il Ristorante è di ottima qualità soprattutto se rapportato alla categoria dell'Hotel. Anche la disponibilità di cibi e bevande per il Breakfast è più che adeguata!

  Gli accessori dei sanitari e in generale l'intero arredo del bagno sono alquanto "old fashioned"

  As I am a female pensioner travelling alone, my request for a room in the main body of the hotel was granted. Often 'single rooms' are tucked away somewhere but mine was on the first floor, close to reception with lift access. Taxis were promptly ordered on request. I invited guests for dinner who appreciate good food and they and I were not disappointed - the food was well presented and excellent quality. I was able to leave my car in the carpark whilst I attended my granddaughter's graduation. I only stayed one night but would stay there again if in the area and definitely recommend it.

  Quietly situated in excellent gardens yet within walking distance of the shops and the river, with the added bonus of a large free car park.

  It is located in a quiet suburban street, but only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Kingston.

  The rooms are clean but very basic, not a business hotel.Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbour snoring. Doors need new springs as the doors bang when they close sending vibrations through the rooms. Reminded me of Butlins.

  I am glad to have this opportunity to make comment. We have been staying at this Hotel for about 4 years when we visit my daughter at the weekends. Mostly we have been happy with the room allocated to us but there have been instances when we have not been that comfortable but as we only stay for 1 night have made no comments. However, on the weekend of 16/17 April my son and his partner stayed at the hotel with us. During our return journey home they complained the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been and there was a "hair" ball in the shower which they had to remove. Also the bed was very uncomfortablHad I known I would have made these remarks at the time but am now taking this opportunity to inform you. The room was in th3 name of Matthew Collyer so you will be able to locate the room he was allocated and perhaps ask the Hotel to look into the above remarks.

  Staff were very co-operative and tried to help us as much as possible when there was a need. It is close by Surbinton station and the Hotel is very quite and calm.

  Toilets need to have a Mixer (for Hot & Cold water) and a Hose for cleaning after using Toilet. Also rooms need to be provided with A/c.

  The staff were very polite, and the rooms were clean and tidy. I would recormmend this hotel to my friends.

  Only one small item that could be addressed and that is the clearing of the breakfast table,no attempt was made while we were seated.

  That it was close by to the train station, only a 10 minute walk, It was also a quite cheap alternative and was value for money.

  That the toilets didnt quite flush properly.

  The Hotel staff were pleasant and friendly. The gardens were adorable and very well kept. As it was a sunny morning it was a pleasure to sit out in the hotel grounds and admire the beautiful roses. In addition it was good to see that there was a secure car park. We were also intrigued about the history of the hotel. Congratulations to the owner. We will definitely return.

  Slightly dated but extremely clean.

  The flexibility of the staff meeting my needs. All done with efficiency and with a helpful attitude, I felt that I was important to them not just another guest.

  Domestic staff cleaned room despite leaving a do not disturb sign.

  The hotel was value for money in a good location. The Garden bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful, both at reception and in the bar, they were just lovely!

  The hotel is in a good location.

  We arrived 56 minutes early prior to the stated check-in time of 2pm and were informed that we would have to pay an extra £10 if we wanted to check-in then.

  Really good staff, bed was comfortable and room perfect for a short stay or for a business trip.

  ONly problem was the location of our room. There was a boiler or something that was above our room and made quite a noise on & off all day and night. Tuned out after a while, but did initially have problems sleeping. Was fine for a short stay though.

  Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location.

  Due to an administrative mistake made by hotel staff/ technical fault on the booking.com website, 3 rooms were booked for me rather 1 room which I had selected from the booking.com website. Instead of being charged once I was charged 3 times! Eventually this was sorted out but not after I had made at least 5 telephone calls to the hotel and spent around £10 on mobile phone calls. I'm still out of pocket by around £200 as the hotel were too late in reimbursing the money to my credit card so it came off my monthly bank account direct debit. I won't get this money back until mid April!

  quiet, good location (proximity to Kingston Uni Campus), friendly

  A bit tight room in the shower, was OK for me, but very tight for my taller daughter - I can't imagine my husband in there, but he wasn't with us this time.There is no lift, but the staff is friendly and offered help with luggage.

  Good location for University & Town centre, long drive down overnight to miss all traffic , said book in 2pm but we parked up @ 10 am & told them we were there & they let us have room at noon ( thanx) Room was spacious & twin dbl beds were comfortable ...hence why we slept in & missed breakfast both mornings

  This was certainly good value for money for the price we got through booking.com. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.

  The hotel is a tad quirky in the room layout, and the location is a bit far from shops/restaurants etc.
