  L'hotel rappresenta quello che uno immagina di una bella villa inglese del secolo scorso, piccolo parco compreso.

  Si trova a 20 minuti di treno dal centro di Londra e la stazione si raggiunge a piedi con una passeggiata di 10 minuti è in una bella zona residenziale tranquilla e silenziosa sembra di trovarsi in campagna...abbiamo potuto dimenticarci dell auto lasciandola nel parking gratuito davanti al b&B. Molto curato l english cucinato sul momento ma anche buona scelta di frutta yogurt e cereali per chi non ce la fa a mangiare tutte le mattine uova e bacon. Il personale è molto gentile. Una esperienza decisamente positiva!!!

  Se proprio devo trovare un neo la stanza era un po' piccolina ma comunque ben arieggiata da 2 finestre.

  We had a warm welcome & our room was lovely. We booked the deluxe double room which had a king sized sleigh bed (not too good for my husband who's 6'2" and kept waking him every time he stubbed his toe on the footboard - but I thought it was great!!) In the room there was a sofa, desk, dressing table, hair dryer, tea & coffee facilities & flat screen tv. I thionk there was a trouser press in the wardrobe too! Breakfast was excellent, with very friendly service - I've never been to a hotel that provided such a choice of jam & marmalde!!! We'd definitely stay there again the next time we are visiting our friends

  The parking is a bit of a problem! There is a car park, but it is in no way big enough for the number of guests staying. As we got back in at 1.30am, we had to park in such a way that we blocked someone else in. This resulted in the staff phoning us at 7.45am on a Sunday morning to ask us to move it!! Outside the hotel is double yellow lines. Apparently you can park on the single yellow lines opposite the hotel, but no-one atthe hotel told us this & there are restrictions, so you have to be careful. My husband wasn't impressed with the size of the 2 sausages provided at breakfast (chipolata size) though they were very nice

  Very quiet location. Fantastic breakfast!!! Very comfortable stay.

  We booked a deluxe double room. We were given a deluxe twin room. They did offer us two different rooms which were doubles, however I did get the feeling that they were just double rooms and not deluxe double rooms!!!!

  Well run, staff very friendly. Good location. The Lodge was very clean and the room. Breakfast is very good value and fresh. Free morning papers are provided in the recepation area. Free wi-fi again in the reception area & in our room. We had a very pleasent stay in this location and whould use it again.

  The Lodge needs to improve it's kitchen extract system as the cooking smells over spill into the other areas of the Lodge and into the rooms, depending on what floor level your room is! It also left cooking smells on our cloths when we had breakfast! Apart of this small issue it is a very nice Lodge to stay............

  The hotel was both comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

  Very nice bed&breakfast in a large old mansion in a quiet neighbourhood. Large room and nice breakfast room overlooking the garden. Good english breakfast.

  Surbiton is very quiet with limited choice of restuarants locally.

  You have thought of everything in the rooms that gives total comfort for a relaxing stay. The location, is, of course, great. The breakfast layout is fantastic - with nothing more to be added as everything is there. The Reception and kitchen staff are very friendly and efficient. Well done! We will definitely be back.

  We booked two rooms at this hotel - each room was excellent. The location (for us) was ideal - about 10 minutes from Hampton Court, in a quiet residential street. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was truly superb - cooked to order and therefore very fresh with excellent quality ingredients. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

  Excellent room facilities with perfect breakfast choice included in rate. Walking distance to Surbiton and Kingston facilities. Attention and good service from excellent staff.

  Rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff very polite.

  A 15 minute walk in to restaurants, shopping and the train station is entirely manageable, but just long enough to discourage a quick trip to pick up a couple things at the grocery. Likewise, getting out of Surbiton towards the A309 is a bit of a slow business so it takes longer than one might expect to cover the mile or two. My only very minor issues.
