  Excellent location and fantastic room.

  Were woken up both nights once at 2am and 3am by moving furniture in the room above! Was very frustrating and also partner thought the bed was very hard.

  The hotel was very easy to find and the staff were most welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were nice and quiet and had everything we needed.

  All the personnel people were very helpfull and polite! Especially the girl at the reception who spoke greek that she did her best in helping us. Also, at breakfast, the waiter Jimmis, was always trying to keep us happy and pleased. The personnel manager made a good choice having especially those two people in the staff as I believe that they add value to the hotel. Well done!!! Thank you for 4 wonderfull days at your hotel.

  I liked the modern style of the room and the new clean ensuite facilities.

  I was sorry that the air conditioning was so noisy in the room all night and I did not know how to turn it off. It did make my sleep uncomfortable unfortunately. I also needed some 'hand/body cream' after the shower which I thought would be supplied as a minature with shower gel!

  We have stayed here several times as we have family living in Kingston. We have tried other hotels in the area but this is definitely our favourite for both price and quality. Objected once when parking charges were in force but they appear to have been withdrawn now.

  1. Parking is a little remote from the hotel. 2. It does work out expensive if breakfast is added to the room price.

  Convenience to function location

  Breakfast was too expensive Room had a stale smoke smell Asked for a credit card impression when I checked in, did not have any extras when I checked out, was told that my credit card impression would be deleted in 2 days!!!

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable and relaxing. Staff friendly efficient and helpful. Room perfect and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. I am looking forward to my next visit

  Was surprised to be told of the £5 tray charge for room service. It was just too much and declined the evening meal that I had intended to have. I would have appreciated some instructions on how to operate the air con/heater in the room

  Location

  The bed had a hole in the middle into which both my wife and I kept sliding. This is unacceptable for a hotel that charges what this one does, even if at reduced prices.

  The room was clean tidy and of very good quality

  No biscuits in the room - my wife is pregnant and so really wanted a a biscuit at one point as she was feeling sick - there was no a biscuit in sight or in the lobby. also we ordered a late night sandwich and paid £7 each for this and it was dry and tasteless and came with kids crisps ( quavers or similar) really expensive and really poor sandwich finally the sink did not drain and we had to keep getting a smallll object to wedge it open and drain it

  Staff were very helpful - The room was really nice and very spacious and comfortable.

  We asked for the mini bar to be stocked, and all they put in it was a red bull, a beer and a j2o. There should have been about 8 other items for the 15.00 they were going to charge us. To be fair though - they did not charge us for it in the end (We didn't drink or anything), so no harm done.

  Excellent accommodation. Helpful staff. We were attending the rhs Hampton Court Preview Event. Excellent location with a high standard of facilities. Some of the best accommodation we have had when staying in the London area.

  The rooms are beautifully furnished, very comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to be able to order a small breakfast/a la carte as my daughter and I would have like just a pastry and drink instead of a buffet breakfast.
