  Posizione favorevole rispetto Londra comodità del pub accanto e buona colazione prezzo favorevole

  Troppo limitata la dotazione degli arredi, irrazionale posizione accensione luci, troppo caldo in camera e impossibilità aprire finestre per posizione pianoterra sul parcheggio

  We loved the spacious room and comfortable bed. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

  Excellent staff, very comfortable and clean. Very quiet despite being right on the main road, good isolation. No complaints. Surprisingly big room.

  Friendly helpful reception staff. A clean room and a filling breakfast all without fuss and exactly as advertised.

  There is no longer any sinage for the hotel from Percy Road. Had I not been aware of the previous sinage I would have had difficulty finding the location on foot from Whitton Station.

  The staff were friendly, polite, efficient, very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much. Well done to the staff - credit where credit is due they deserve it. The whole place was cared for, clean, tidy and well presented Easy access to public transport (Bus, Tube and Train)

  The receptionist Bernie was extremely friendly and helpful as was her colleague . He had a good understanding of transport around london and helped with our trip a great deal

  Family breakfast a bit on the pricey side as in the main older children will not eat as much as some adults would, therefore I chose not to eat breakfast at hotel

  On arrival the greeting from male receptionist was very nice. He was very helpful and friendly and carried some of our bags with us to our room. The room was huge and the bed was lovely. A double room was two 3'6" beds bolted together,, but was beautiful and lovely and comfy. Bathroom had lovely power shower over bath. Superb and looked brand new. Best thing though was the the peace and quiet. Even though so close to a major road, you couldn't here a sound.. Oh and u could open a window and get real fresh air - not air con! Brilliant and def return.

  Ali in reception was really helpful - Looking up directions for us and ordering cabs. The hotel is really clean and bed really comfortable - we spent the weekend shopping and catching up with family so a goods night sleep was a priority. Would definitely recommend and stay again

  I found the front desk staff were very helpful and even offered to provide me food one evening when I returned home from a long day out since the restaurant was closed. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay.

  I think the hotel could offer free wi fi as I had to pay for this separately which I am not used to when I travel on business. In addition, having a mini fridge to store drinks or food supplies would have been good since the hotel is relatively isolated from the mainstream areas and limited restaurant options after certain hours.

  Rooms spacious, clean and functional and less soulless than others at a similar price. Staff very friendly and helpful.

  I only discovered when I got there that, despite having booked bed and breakfast, the restaurant at the pub next door was no longer being used. I was offered a taxi to go to Premier Inn Twickenham East but this seemed a hassle so I didn't bother. I mentioned this to reception and they immediately gave me a refund on the breakfast.

  Close location to Twickenham Stadium

  Probably the worst pi in the country, room was too hot and unable to cool room so had to open window which when close to major a road into London made it very noisy. Also no onsite facilities and this wasn't made aware at booking time, and at the price paid was unacceptable

  No restaurant facilities - and having to travel to another premier inn just to have breakfast is not acceptable. Either shut down the entire facility or work out a way of allowing the restaurant to operate.

  Booking was simple and straightforward, the staff really seem to care about looking after you.

  It's in a very strange location on the side of a busy road, the entrance to the car park is hidded and very difficult to find. Gps takes you the wrong way down a dead end road.

  Staff very helpful and room was very clean

  No biscuits with a limited amount of tea and coffee in the room. The milk sachets were in date but because they were not kept refrigerated they were sour and milk had to be got from pub for me! Pub was very dirty- old peas under my table at breakfast which was ok but not great. I felt rushed to finish my breakfast as they had a darts team in later on. Pub part was very disappointing but accommodation was very good. Please refrigerate milk sachets even if the company say they don`t need it- they do!!! The cost of the room on Sat. Was far too expensive- if you book 2 nights then the price should be the same for the 2 nights- I paid double!

  Very clean new build, staff helpful, breakfast very good and great location for the stoops rugby ground.

  No air conditioning room very hot.

  Ideal location for the wedding we attended.

  Very noisy at night from the car park especially when the pub closed next door at 1am.
