The staff were excellent, especially Monica at the Reception desk was friendly, caring and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. The room was perfect with aircon and a lovely shower. I'm a light sleeper and often struggle anywhere that's not at home, but here I slept like a baby! The rooftop pool was amazing as well - the view is incredible. Location-wise, the hotel is in the middle of everything. We would come back to Trapani just to stay at this hotel!
As a side note, we were informed at arrival that there would be a power cut two days later due to maintenance works by an energy company. My partner and I really appreciated the way the hotel managed this; giving us advanced notice so we could plan our morning and they even offered complimentary drinks from the minibar after to apologise for the inconvenience! I appreciate this must have been frustrating for them as no one wants that for their guests, but they were so gracious and professional about it despite it being something that was completely out of their control.

Kite-shaped Trapani makes an impressive sight from lofty Mount Erice, connected to the peninsula below by cable car. On a clear day, the mountain also offers views of Tunisia - one destination of ferries from Trapani Port, alongside Cagliari, Pantelleria and the offshore Egadi Islands.
Overlooking the port is the old town, where arched doorways on narrow streets open onto many cheap apartments and B&Bs on Booking.com. Shabby chic façades sit alongside historic churches, such as understated Trapani Cathedral, somewhat lost amid elegant Corso Vittorio Emanuele, where pavement cafes sit in front of pastel-coloured buildings and metal balconies.
At the tip of the peninsula is the fortress-like Tower of Ligny lighthouse, now housing the Prehistory and Sea Museum. The Colombaia Castle protects the port from an island to the south, while in the other direction the sweeping coastline passes some beachfront hotels with swimming pools.
Villa Margherita Park offers shade from the Mediterranean sun, and Triton’s Fountain graces a neighbouring square. The simple façade of the Basilica of Maria Santissima Annunziata hides the treasures within, including a statue of the Madonna of Trapani which is at the heart of the Easter ‘Misteri’ celebrations.
Between the city and Trapani-Birgi Airport, historic windmills sit beside salt pans. The Salt Museum provides details of this major industry.

Trapani is a great "normal" town- not too touristy. There are great restaurants, good shopping, and you can reach a lot of wonderful places such as Erice, San Vito lo Capo, the Egadi Islands, Marsala and loads more. There are beaches, churches, ports...a bit of everything but at a relaxed level.

Perfect town for a short break or for a beach holiday, the town is in between a harbor and the beach. The city centre is vibrant, lots of restaurants and bars. The surrounding areas worth a visit if you are interested in arts, nature or simply laze on the beach.

Trapani is lovely town nicely laid out with good public transport - although beware as the busses stop running by about 21:30 in the evening and none on a Sunday. A good selection of shops for those wanting to indulge.
The old town is stunning and a must to visit both during the day and particularly in the evening when it totally comes alive with an abundance of restaurants to suit every taste and pocket.

Surprisingly quaint with lots to do.
Surprisingly quaint with lots to do. Great sandy beaches, lots of shops and amazing restaurants and bars in the old town. Also provides easy access to lots of other places to explore like Erice via cable car, Egadi Islands by ferry and Marsala, Castellemare del Golfo by train and Palermo by bus. It wasn't overly touristy either and got a really nice, more authentic experience here compared to some of the other cities in Sicily. Highly recommend! 3-4 days would be perfect
The hosts are extremely hospitable, picked us up from the bus and delivered us to the apartment.
The hosts speak perfect English, the apartment is modern and was immmaculately clean. The location is fantastic with amazing views and close to a small supermarket, good fruit shop and a great cafe right outside. We have rented 4 properties through France and this one in Sicily has by far been the best. 11 out of 10!
The property is immaculately maintained, in a beautiful setting away from a big city, hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was the best Italy had to offer anywhere, and the location gives you many places to explore. Try the medieval village of Erice as one possibility. The hosts will assist with others as well as restaurant suggestions. I highly recommend this lovely experience. Grazie Mille!
Everything was great! Clean, comfortable, and everything worked as described. Pool was right in front of our room and was very well kept with a lifeguard. Beach about a 30second walk across the street with beach bars and lidos to choose from. The best part was the host, he was AMAZING! the kindest most helpful host. If we return to Trapani we will 100% stay here again.
Perfect location for old town visit, it is located almost at the heart of old town, also beach nearby
Very friendly host with very good English (which was super rare in Sicily)
cute half-balcony with good old town view
very close port located
good size room
breakfast choice was alright, but hot food not so delicious
Good price for the location and room performance
just perfect!!! very nice and clean apartement for very good price, the kitchen is so cool also the bathroom. beds very comfy. the owner was very kind to us, giving us the map and some information! in the historical center, close to the beach and port, 2 small markets with food arround. we took two nights when we were leaving sicily. bus station to the airpot also close.
Amazing B&B in the center of Trapani. The apartment we had was very big and cozy (Mastro), it was a two storey room wirh a kitchen and two bathroom. The employees were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast area was small but cute with delicious specialities from Trapani and Sicily. I would definitely go back there. Also it‘s directly located at the sea.
This is an outstanding property in a central location overlooking the sea, with ferry’s, buses and trains very close by. There are many restaurants, shops and bars within a couple of minutes walk. The hosts were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. A great base to visit some of the best places in Sicily.
The location is superb in the historic part of Trapani. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and the hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel receptionist is extremely helpful with advice on the neighbourhood and where to eat. I had one of the best meals in Sicily. you;ld certainly stay again next time I come to Trapani
In short, this is the best B&B I've stayed in Italy. Facilities are excellent and super clean. Location is perfect for downtown trip. In addition, staff is very kind and helpful for every concern about stay and trip. Though there is not private parking space, street parking near hotel is very easy and cheap.
Wow, what a beautiful home base for visiting Trapani, the Egadi Islands, Erice, and San Vito Lo Capo. Agostino and staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. The best parts of staying in a family home and a boutique hotel. I only wished we'd spent more time here and enjoyed the pool and cocktails.
The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the gent working the bar in the evening. Our first visit to both Trapani & Sicily we have now decided we are going to return to this hotel annually. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the town (took about 20 minutes to walk to town).
This was our favourite place during our Sicily trip. We extended our stay and still wished we could have stayed longer. We loved the gardens, villa, pool and our host! There's so much to see and do in or near Trapani, we can't wait to come back.
The hotel was decorated beautifully, the breakfast and coffee was so tasty, the staff were super helpful and welcoming especially Clara who helped from start to finish, helping in anyway she could. Would definitely stay again if I go to Trapani.
Wonderful place to stay in trapani. Central location in the centre, close to all. Apartment is very clean, spacious, and great for family. Our host Enza was very helpful and kind. Hope to visit here again, many, many thanks.
We changed our accommodation 4 times during our stay in Sicily. This one was the best - the room was very clean, even with room service! The beach is 15 min by walk. We were very satisfied with our stay :)
The location was in the heart of Trapani, Sicily. The room was spacious and the windows were looking at the inner court. The check-in and check-out was very smooth. The owner was very nice and helpful.
the agriturismo is in very lovely surroundings with parks for kids and a pool with lots of Lou he chairs. The food at the restaurant some of the best we’ve had in Italy.
Alessandro is great. Friendly, gives you all the information about getting around Trapani. The location is nice. Walking distance to the city centre, Erice cable car.
