We liked everything about this well run and well located hotel. Friendly and helpful manager and staff. Definitely worth getting one of the sea view rooms. And the Mudejar restaurant attached to the hotel is lovely.

If you want to visit here during the off-season like we did,...
If you want to visit here during the off-season like we did, understand that most of the restaurants close after lunch during this time of year. We came in mid-January. Obviously, it will be too cold to enjoy swimming in the beach. But walking around the historic centre was very nice. It was nice that there were so few people in the town during our time there. I would recommend it, if you are into that sort of thing. It was a great chance to take some nice pictures and videos without a lot of people, and/or crowds. There was only one restaurant open for dinner, that our Hotel recommended to us. We tried to find other options, but there were none. Also, the Villa of Tiberius is closed on Monday and Tuesdays.

We were looking for a beach stay not far from Rome.
We were looking for a beach stay not far from Rome. Sperlonga is 2 hours south of Rome. I highly recommend this beautiful beach community. It’s quiet, with a lovely street of shops and restaurants. But it’s all about relaxing on the beach.

If you like to travel and immerse yourself in the culture of a country, Villa Epi is the place to stay. Marco, the host speaks English, the vacationers are local people from surrounding areas in Italy. We ate a local restaurants. Getting around Sperlonga was challenging because Villa Epi is on the outskirts of the town, however Marco is at your service. He will bring you to the town, pick you up, free of charge.

Sperlonga is such a gem, filled with nice restaurants, cafes and small shops during summer season. Lovely boat excursions and interesting history with excavation of Tiberius villa. Plenty of beach options nearby, also if you would like more secluded places. Renting a boat must be ideal to reach these places.
Not so easy to move around to nearby villages without a car or taxi. Bus routes not so developed.

The village of Sperlonga is beautiful, so many gorgeous little walk ways and paths to explore. The restaurants were amazing, with really good seafood. The beach was lovely, it was too cold to sit on, but to walk along and collect shells with my daughter was lovely. It was beautiful and would recommend.
Lovely country property a short walk from Sperlonga. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable with a small covered terrace outside, lovely views of the lemon grove and the lake beyond. Paula and Michele are great hosts, very friendly and hospitable and provide a great breakfast. It is possible to walk or cycle the 2 kilometres to Sperlonga along a quiet road or along the beach. CaSolare is a great location for exploring the lovely towns of Gaeta, Terracina, San Felice Circeo and beyond. We had a great stay and would certainly return..
We loved our stay in Sperlonga. The appartment is so fresh and clean and close to the beach. The service by Valentina is amazing. She brought us a tasty breakfast every morning, we loved to eat the croissants out in the garden in the sun. There is the possibility to use bicycles, which is just wonderful to get to the beach. In 10 minutes by bike, you are in the wonderful historic city center of Sperlonga, with many good restaurants. So to say, we loved our stay and hope to come back!
The host was very friendly and kind. The apartment was located along one of the main roads in the old historic center of Sperlonga, very central and easy to access restaurants and shops. The panoramic view from the front terrace was worth every penny! The city parking structure is a 2 minute walk from the apartment, but it can be expensive. The host gave us the option to park in a distant but less expensive private lot, which was convenient for us.
Location is steps from the beach and at the base of old town, with an easy walk up the hill. Staff was kind and room was a great size and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the family running the place are very friendly and helpful. I’ve traveled to many different beaches from Amalfi, Puglia and Cinque Terre. Sperlonga stole my heart. Truly a special place that seemed unspoiled when I visited in September. The restaurants are amazing as well
The staff here were great. The location was very good, right in the middle of everything. There was ample parking around the hotel and the host brought our car out to us and helped with the luggage. Breakfast was adequate. They have their own private beach that was a block away. Definitely recommend this hotel. worked fine for us the elevator accessed all areas. There was a great outside sitting area with plenty of room.
Vento Verde apartments have proven to be an excellent find with very close proximity to beach, old town and lower town, all well within walking distance!
Giulio is a wonderful host, the pool is spacious and deep and a lovely break from the sea.
The room with balcony is the extra space we were looking for and definitely and added bonus.
So good, we will look to return next year - thanks so much Giulio.
Amazing location between old town at top and the beachfront at bottom of via roma. 5 mins walk each way.
Bedrooms all in good state with good ac, and nice front terrace to eat in. Cotbed for our little one was great.
Parking with 2 spaces is also a massive plus in sperlonga where it's basically impossible/very expensive to park.
The location is great. There is a nice sandy public beach right outside the yard gates, and it is about a 20 minute walk into the old town. It is a little more basic than some places, but it is perfect for a beach holiday - there is even a shower by the back gates to get rid of the sand before you go into the house.
Perfect location right in the centre of the lovliest town and a short walk down some stairs to get to a beautiful beach. the nicest people running the hotel always smiling and eager to please. Good size rooms, clean and nice. Will absolutely recommend!
Our room had a large terrace with a nice view of both sea and mountains. Room was spacious. Breakfast was served on outside terrace, and selection was quite wide. Private beach nearby, location very close to the beach.
Clean, well-maintained, modern and tasteful design, functional layout, separate breakfast area, outdoor seating. Super amazing location to the beach, less than 5min walk, and 20-25min walk into the town and old town.
we booked the hotel spontaneously on our trip though Italy, the check-in was quick and uncomplicated, the staff was very kind and helpful, the hotel's location offers a great view over the town and sea
A very nicely designed hotel with large outdoor patio seating areas, including a swimming pool.
Only a few blocks uphill from the main town, restaurants, shopping and public beaches.
The location of the hotel was great and the free shuttle to the hotels private beach area was very good. The room was nicely furnished but tired and not well maintained.
